He's making promises to "get this thing turned around", when he's the one that got AU so damn twisted in the first place. Gus (in his 6th season) had a problem handling first yr HC's with lesser talent than him. And his players just couldn't execute his x's and o's for some reason. Gus thinks there's nothing wrong with his scheme, it's all about the "execution."
