More hated for 2026 season: Kiffin or Sorsby?

Both men seem to bring out pure, unfiltered anger from college football fans.
Kiffin has Ole Miss fans in a perpetual meltdown loop
Sorsby has whiny ADs and conferences saying they refuse to play them

Sorsby and it's not even particularly close.
Sorsby playing puts the integrity of the game into direct question and makes it so you have to question the outcome of TT games this season.
Kiffin is just an a-hole.

Sorsby. Lane is not a likable person just because of his antics and flippant attitude but Sorsby broke a rule that got a Bama coach fired as he should have been and everyone was good with it. Pete rose one of the best players in baseball history can’t get into HOF but this punk is kept eligible because of a the hardship it creates for him. It’s bullshite.

The only true storybook ending to this would be for Sorsby to transfer to LSU and play for Kiffin.

I wouldn't say Sorsby, I blame Maguire and TTU for even pushing the issue.

Lane was naive for thinking Ole Miss would let him coach the playoffs but he really didn’t do anything wrong. Sorsby broke a rule that has gotten coaches fired and other players suspended and yet he is going to get away with it.

The only people that truly hate Kiffin are mostly Tennessee and Ole Miss fans. Whereas everybody hates Sorsby for this.

I don't hate Sorsby for it. I do hate the shitbox judge for conveniently setting the date for the trial in February 2027 after the CFP has concluded.

I get what you are saying but not sure how college football with NIL, teams trying outbid each other, pros coming back to play college, coaches meddling, coaches leaving a school and start recruiting kids they just signed, etc.... etc... etc... etc.... have that many claims to integrity.
Not much integrity left in this clearly mercenary game we still manage to somehow call "amateur athletics"... it ain't.

While all of that sucks, none of it puts into question the results on the field.

You have to feel bad for Kiffin. He put in serious work to be the a-hole of the year. I mean, above and beyond the call. And this kid comes in and eclipses Lane easily.

I don’t hate Sorsby. In fact I really hope all this public backlash and hate doesn’t result in something tragic for the young man.
What I hate is the people around him that should be looking out for the good of the sport putting him in this situation. He should have received the appropriate consequences for his actions, being permanently ineligible to play CFB, and allowed to move on with his life.
Instead the borderline evil powers that be continued their recent ways.
