Good thing he “recruited” this player to sue Missouri then.
He really is an ever present evil genius.

Sankey put the individual schools in legal jeopardy with these punishments to schools. It is the same as punishing the player
He must be fired.
Thankfully our president was smart enough to abstain from punishment

There isn't a player losing in these state courts. This has to be resolved at the federal level.
Are you trolling? Because every judge is seeing the same issues the NCAA caused and ruled for players, you think a federal judge (who mind you is also located in the same state as at least one of the filings) will say every other judge is wrong?
The only lawsuits that haven’t been successful is where the court ruled they had no standing due to the filer not living, working or attending a school in their judicial district.

Yes, this presented too many problems to the fellow members of the SEC and flies against SEC interests and now he deserves to get punished. The lack of respect by LSU to it's fellow conference members is pretty astounding.

So the school cannot rule him ineligible, and ultimately the school makes the roster.
But they don't have to PAY him, right?

How dare those kids try to go play football! How dare them I say!
The only villains in this story are the people trying to prevent a broke-arse 22-year old from playing football and earning money.

Schools: We are obligated to follow the LAW or we expose ourselves to endless lawsuits.
SEC: You will DEFY the courts to observe our rules, OR ELSE.
SEC RANT: Look at the LSU ruining college sports. Throw them out! Arrrggggh!

Well then I guess it’s a good thing not a single one of the 100+ players around the country that have eligibility left that are trying to finish their college career under the NCAA’s own rules and haven’t played a game in the NFL are 25 years old.
LSU’s 2 players that have never played an NFL game and have NCAA eligibility remaining are 22 years old.

From the article... "The order against Mizzou would keep the school from holding or reducing revenue sharing or name, image and likeness proceeds Webb could receive." (pretty sure he has a contract with the school).

You took the time to point out, incorrectly, 25 years old.
You were properly corrected and educated.
