Your new DC's awesome D allowed 447 yards and 378 yards passing. Collapsed in the last 6 minutes of the game, allowing 14 points. Nice arm tackling on the winning TD run. And that secondary is still absolute trash.

I think Grinch would've worked a lot better off the bat with Kelly and with what LSU has personnel wise. After 2-3 years it won't be much of a difference though, probably none at all. (Because BK can't handle the Bayou kids LSU's place is going up in flames soon lol)
But Grinch has the stank on him from being Riley's scapegoat(Lincoln Riley is bitch-made for that) so probably was not a palatable hire for boosters or fans.
Riley just doesn't understand how to work with his DC to create a cooperative dynamic between the offense and defense.
