I've got LSU since they're playing in their safe place this week.

Still wrestling with this one. I heard the line is 13, if it is still that high I'll have to take it. Mizzou has played one decent team and lost a close one. I think LSU wins but I doubt that offense beats any conference school by 13.

quote:Hard to call. It's a psychology week for LSU. You know a whole bunch of LSU players looked at Les as 1st or 2nd dad. He was that kind of guy. Orgeron's job is to pull things together all the while being sensitive to the Les camp. I don't think Orgeron is smart enough to wrap his head around all of the issues. He has enough talent. Problem, will the Les camp just lay down.

So you LSU guys didn't expect to beat Missouri even with MIles onboard. Damn, y'all is sad.
Nah Miles would have beaten them. But O is gonna pound them like a drum.

Missouri is in trouble. LSU will be a tough out the rest of the way.

Yep. Something like this unfortunately.
I'll be interested to see if our OLine holds up. If they do, win or lose, I think we might go bowling.

No fricking way the tigers lose this game.

MU is a young team that makes yound team mistakes. If they can somehoww limit the penalties and hold on to the ball...it could be a very interesting game.
Smart and safe pick: LSU at home.

LSU scored:
14 vs. Wisconsin
34 vs. Jacksonville State
23 vs. Mississippi State
13. vs Auburn
They aren't scoring over 30 against Mizzou. They'll be lucky to score 20 if Fournette is not 100%.

I predict great weather, a great atmosphere, a fan base excited about potential improvement, another fan base excited to see Tiger Stadium, and a good game. LSU 27-21.

If the new offensive approach being touted by our new Coach and OC is for real,Mizzou defense may not know what play we're going to run, unlike the past.If so LSU scores at least 27 and wins by at least a TD. New energy,a fired up Death Valley, and new offensive approach means the good Tigas win.

Well you guys have convinced me that Mizzou has no chance & that going to Death Valley is essentially a death sentence......I'm call B.O. and tell him to keep the snowflakes at home.

I have a suspicion the Fournette will dress out but not play. However, the real concern here is we will be missing a starting offensive lineman.
I think the crowd will be very engaged in this game which will help LSU pull out a 27 to 21 type of win.

Mizzu is walking into a buzz saw sat due to the amount of intensity the team will be playing with. It happens all the time with a interim coaches first game. Now if LSU can maintain that level of intensity throughout is the question. LSU rolls on this one 30-13.
