It appears to me that his pitch selection is so poor it makes it much more difficult to make good contact. It seems he swings at pitches up and out and gets jammed on pitches up and in. He also often swings at pitches low in and out. He’s also missing fastballs down the middle. I think that about covers it. To me it used to look like he went to bat wondering how far he was gonna hit but now seems to lack confidence which is certainly understandable considering his recent struggles. Let’s hope he gets back to his old self soon as he is such an important piece of our offense which seems to be struggling with the timely hit.

Don’t overlook his range in the field which is excellent

I was at the. Box when Aaron pitched against Oklahoma whose ace was a great pitcher and Aaron threw a masterpiece and shut down Oklahoma. I don’t remember the exact score but I think we scored only 1 or 2 and don’t remember if it was a shutout . Maybe someone can help with the specifics. I know Oklahoma was good but don’t remember how good. I guess you boys can see i have a memory problem :lol:

Sissy first base is great IMO. Makes it a little easier to call and much safer

IMO both will continue to see PT. Jay nay have made a promise of significant PT to Braswell to get him back. He was playing well end of last year. Tanner will get PT too bc Jay doesn’t want to lose him in the portal. I personally think Tanner has a better upside.There is another possibility …I could be full of s*#t :lol:

Brown has looked so bad tonight I predict a change next game. CJJ was talking to him earlier about hitting and didn’t look happy. Then last at bat tried to bunt a ball out of the zone then watched two strikes.
