That's tough. Lose to the national champs by 3, loss to the Sugar bowlers in double ot, shoulda won both, if weren't for 2 fumbles and dropped balls against AUB. Anyhow, we can go to the Liberty and whip Central Fla's arse again.

Unfortunately for Ms. State, bowl selection committees take into account actual victories while ignoring the moral victories claimed by the fan base of the school.

That really does suck for Mississippi State. They battled hard this season and deserve a better bowl than Florida and Tennessee.

Are you Ms. State fans still pissed that Virginia Tech is ranked higher than you are? Does it make you mad that they will be in a BCS bowl?

Not completely true....Iron Bowl 2009 sent Auburn to Tampa (with the help of some "campaign promises" made by JJ)

sec originally added the indy bowl because the slate was too biased toward the east. now that they dropped it... we're right back to where it was before.
