We match up well with LSU because we have an excellent run D and that's their bread and butter.

Who knows about Auburn.

A&M kills us if we cover the pass as bad as we did Saturday

A&M should be an easy game for them

Auburn has a moderately soft defense compared to last year, and being at MSU makes me feel absolutely confident about it.

LSU will murder us again aas usual.

aTm will beat us unless it works out to be a trap game for them as well. Also in Starkville and could easily go either way. Dak stayed right there with them in College station for a very high scoring game.

I'd say Lsu if it were at home, but we will be lucky to win one of those three. I'll probably get some flack for this, but our level of execution is no where near as good as it needs to be to hang with A&M or Auburn on the scoreboard right now. Im also afraid our defense will get worn down. As much as Mullen has done for us, our success is limited because of his play calling and personnel selection issues and schemes. The main differences are schemes and execution these days, and both, Auburn and A&M are on fire.

How does giving up over 400 passing yards to UAB not make your secondary suspect?

If they can fluster the young LSU QB..I think they can make things very interesting in death valley, they will need about 2 turnovers also.

The talent is there but the coaching obviously isn't.

You don't honestly believe he will be substittuting like he did the first 2 games against LSU do you? His plan is simple. He doesn't want Williams and company playing mop-up duty. That isn't real life. He pulled Dak after first series because he wanted Damian and all the other 2s or 1Bs or whatever they are to win the game. When they struggled he put our starters back in and got us back up. We were never in danger of losing to UAB. They are a good team but one we should have been able to handle with our alternates. He will do the same this weekend against USA so get ready for another tight ball game in the first 3 quarters and then we will pull away in the 4th. You will not see these subs again until UT-Martin.

I think they have a chance to beat Auburn or TAMU at home. Both of those games will be shootouts though.

They are on the road against LSU, and Dak is not throwing on our secondary. Game will be close going into the fourth, but we'll win by 10 or more.

does too but it's at night in Death Valley and they have a tendency to overpower you guys

LOL, have you seen us this year? We may not be a dominant passing team, but if they want to stack the box, Dural will beat them deep, and Jennings knows how to drop the ball into that bucket every single time. Once they start backing off, we'll just use our RBs and big arse OL (just got back our senior center who started all last year), to ram it down their throats.

We go 3 deep at every position in the secondary, and trust me, that mustang package (3-2-6) will eat these pass heavy offenses alive.
