Not quite Boomer, THE OHIO STATE BUTTPIES, had TWO starters, McCord AND Harrison, missed the Cotton Bowl with Mizzou. Several other non starters entered the portal and moved on, bit only 2 starters. BTW, Mizzou had a 2nd rd CB, Rakestraw, and a 3rd rd LB, Hopper, who started that season but missed the bowl game.

They got dog-walked at Kyle Field last year 31-7.

Eli was on the hot seat after 2022 and Mizzou has been much much better since he hired an actual OC to call plays. Huh. Imagine that.

Kinda funny when you look at their past schedules.
They absolutely refuse to play anybody noteworthy OOC
They only play middle of the pack teams from other conferences for OOC opponents. Very clear pattern.

OPOO needs to follow suit. You think the SEC is the B12 where you get mostly cupcakes? Another putrid record is on the way for boomer. Refs gifted you a win against Auburn. Be thankful… the rest of the schedule will catch up to OPOO. No more P-say B12 schedules.

Couple of years back they had the best team in program history.....LSU took the 113th ranked defense in there and whipped their butt....the greatest team in the history of Mizzo football.....woooohooo.....

Quit making shite up. 2023 was hardly Mizzou's best team ever. 1960, 2007, 2013 all better, plus maybe a couple more from Dan Devine's tenure.
Also, you fail to mention that it wasn't the 113th ranked defense that beat Mizzou in that game. Mizzou put up 39 points on that defense.
It was LSU's all world, Heisman-winning QB and two NFL receivers that won that game. No shame in losing to those guys.

Yes, this argument used to bother me as a Mizzou fan, but I've learned to embrace it.
We beat a program like Florida or Tennesse, and they are down.
We beat tOSU and they are disinterested, because they lost their starting QB to the portal (because he was going to be replaced by the portal) and their star WR who was going to the NFL.

That kind of honesty is depressing. Now I have to go and root for Mizzou, except when they play us....
