Who or what is a Mintzy? He accomplished absolutely nothing.
An organized effort of reverse annoyance is needed. Like a team who sits near this guy and screams at him every time he whistles, “accidentally” spilling a beverage on him, liberal use of fart spray in his vicinity, etc. if he moves follow him to the next seat. Make rude comments to his “lady” beast. If one person on the team gets booted from the park, you have reserves waiting to take over. Be relentless.
Basically fight fire with nukes.

Ehhh...is it annoying? Sure. But, it's just whistling, albeit synchronized whistling. It's very "softball-ish" in my opnion, but as fans, they have the right to do it. It isn't something like blasting airhorns, cowbells, and the like. Either drown them out with yells, cheering, and clapping, or just deal with it the few times you play Vanderbilt.
Also, just be extremely grateful you're not a Vanderbilt fan that has to endure that year around.
