Pretty sure the CEO lives in Covington. Covington to HDC to NEW is fricking retarded and saves zero time, but who knows what those trips are really for. I cant imagine its just commuting the CEO. A lot of it could be repositioning the jet for others to use out of HDC or NEW.

Are there tax advantages for these short runs? Can you write off more operating costs or depreciation? There’s gotta be a reasonable explanation

Quartz is trashy

It’s been the best, most durable countertop surface I’ve ever owned. Natural stone tops might be seen as classier but I’ll take quartz for its easy maintenance

Need more of these types of programs in high schools for kids who aren't on track to go to college.

Grew on Long Island. We had this program back in the 90's. We called it "BOCES" which essentially taught welding, carpentry, plumbing, drafting, and other trade based skills to HS kids. It was quite popular with the local Trade Unions donating a portion of the funding and instruction.

What are Interdisciplinary Studies? Is that what was formerly General Studies?

Yes, It has NO REASON to be a major that qualifies for consideration of T12

T12 is run by a committee... I'm sure you can guess the makeup of that group

Remember seeing Better Than Ezra there a few times in the late 90s. Good times!

L'Auberge books them regularly now.

I actually wonder if L'Auberge "stole" most of the acts that would have normally booked Varsity.

Varsity being empty is tangible proof today's generation is waaaaaay different than GenX/Millenial gens
Be sure to research oil consumption issues with Hyundai motors. We own Santa Fe with the 2.4L GTI. Sucker consumes 1qt per 1000mi and the manufacturer says that is “within specifications“
Conservative Boomers sticking with their cable subscriptions while liberals likely consume news through other outlets

TV ratings are not nearly as important as tracking views across all communications platforms

Yes, this one has much more of a chance of going nuclear than most other wars.

Both countries are over populated. Might not be a bad thing

We have ZERO way of defending ourselves against them. Nothing to shoot these out the sky effectively.

Not 100% true. The Aegis system can do it, but the ships and the interceptor missiles have to be in the right places.

The “break glass” option is to detonate our own nukes in the atmosphere as the MIRVs are re-entering
Women’s Golf and bowling are the easiest sports for a woman to earn a scholarship. There aren’t enough high quality players to make it competitive

But is that worth 200 million or whatever it cost?

Yes. You have to remember this is part of an entire package of projects that will improve congestion in the area.
I remember being shocked when my college professor said that most babies born after 2004 (that year) will likely live to see the turn of the 22nd century.

She predicted the average life span of a child born after 2004 to be 125
Avoid the GM 2.4L 4cyl at all costs
