I’m primarily backhand
Throw 167g Captain for max flex distance, 171g Ballista Pro for long hyzers
I do throw forehand when the hole demands it
My go to forehand disc is a 173g Calvin Heimberg halo destroyer. I have a couple other star destroyers that fly really well on my forehand...

Nice shot! BUZZZ is a great disc. ROC3 gets you a little more distant, ZONE gets you a little more hyzer
