It's accurate. Massie had the chance to kill Biden's bill, but instead he voted to advance the bill and it passed by 1 vote. Massie later voted against the final version of the bill, but only after knowing that there were enough votes for it to pass without his vote.
Note: Massie also voted against advancing the Save Act because he thought there were enough votes to kill it, but it ended up passing by 1 vote despite Massie. Later, Massie voted for the Save Act but only after it was clear that there were enough votes to pass even without Massie's vote.

Massie is addicted to losing, and so are his fans. Trump showed them how to win, but it's embedded in Massie's nature to lose with the Democrats.
Massie didn’t mind releasing false accusations against Trump. He just doesn’t like playing by his own rules.
It's been 200 years since the Jacobins' reign of terror, and the Democrats really haven't changed at all since.
