I want Dyer to do well, and I hope he can do it without someone like Hill blowing him up daily about personal potential.

normally id call BS on someone turning their shite around in such a short time, let alone a college student, but it seems like Fitz Hill has a special talent for getting things going in the right direction quickly.

that said, i still dont know how id feel about him on the team.

My nature is to believe that everyone has good inside them.... however it's hard in this society to believe that a kid that's had multiple chances will suddenly become an angel. AND the last thing we need while trying to refocus this football program is a problem child that can't act right. BB has sent a couple of them packing already so I just don't know if he'd give MD a chance or not.

do
not
know
how
I
feel

Put him on a shock collar, have a GA shadow his every move off the field, and he MAY pan out for you guys.

Dyer has got to realize his chances are freakin running out. You'd think at his age he'd have reached some maturity and realization that he stands a chance of making it to the pro's if he'll just get his shite straight. He needs to get on the football field & get some TV exposure if he wants to further his football career.

Well he did use it at Wisconsin the last few years as did Chaney at Tennessee.

I honestly don't care. If he's grown some and the coaches think he'd get carries then let him come. If his upside is gone and he's just liability then screw it.

Dyer has not played in a cfb game since November of 2011.

I would not want a RB that has been on the shelf for 22 months in my backfield.

I missed that Dyer wound up at Arkansas Baptist. I don't doubt that Fitz Hill is in Dyer's ear multiple times a day about getting it together with or without football.

There was a story back in the fall about what Dr. Hill was making him do. Fitz has been working very close with him, they've got him on a tight schedule doing a ton of community service and charity work with kids. They make him accountable for pretty much every hour of his life, counseling, church, etc etc.

He should be really easy to tackle, even for Auburn's defense.

Dyer was one of those that McNeil said was failing fall semester 2010

You may not have noticed yet, but McNeil is a fricking grade-A 100% liar.

Hopefully Dyer has turned over his TPOS life and has decided to make something of himself. I wish him luck in doing so.

I doubt it would really be any different than the Auburn fans who bashed Petrino constantly while he was at Arkansas only to turn around and pray that he was hired at Auburn a few months ago.

You're right, there were a shite-ton of those kinds of Auburn fans.

This one sure as hell wasn't one of'em after what I had observed over the years.

I've said for years that he was overrated. He's a decent RB, but I never have and still don't want him playing for us.

Just what the Doctor ordered! Like a rehab of sorts. Hopefully it helped and he can be successful in life, whether its on the football field or not.

I have noticed that McNeil's accounts have been disputed. I haven't seen where McNeil was proven to have lied about everything he said. Even a clock is right twice a day.

And I agree, good luck to Dyer in turning around his tPOS history.
