Let's say this happens and he joins the team. Who would be the last Razorback that had scored against Arkansas and then joined the Hogs? Anyone know?

Dyer was one of those that McNeil said was failing fall semester 2010. Anyway, he's been at some small schools...probably got his transcripts repaired.

eta: assuming he ever even was given a bad grade.

I'll look it up but I dont think Broderick was that old.

ETA: Green first played for USC in 08 so he wouldn't have played Arkansas that year.

F it. I don't even care about everything in the past. I hope he can keep it together and get his degree and be a success story instead of a statistic.

We could definitely use a proven 1,000 yard SEC rusher and not have to burn a scholly on him, that's a sweet deal for us. It's not like he won't be around the football team, Bielema can't shelter the team from a student, Dyer is recognizeable and there'll be fat bitches around so he'll stand out in the Union. Might as well give him a chance on a pretty short leash.

I agree. If he's here we might as well use him. He can regain some brownie points for not picking Ark in the first place.

Like he said it'd be pretty special to do it at home. To get a chance to start over where he really wanted to go in the first place.

He definitely sounds like he's matured a lot. He was speaking like a normal humble human being unlike the videos that came out before he got pimped to Aubie.

I did laugh at him saying the troubles at Auburn were from him being a 18/19 yr old kid. He was a Jr. in HS at 18. Then I got clarity and decided to be positive and say you know what who cares, put it all behind you, learn, grow, move on and keep hustling to be what you want to be.

As I get older I'm becoming a sucker for a feel good story, I just want the guy to have a happy ending he's been through some tough crap, a degree and a few NFL checks could be a game changer for his entire future.

Best of luck, sounds like he's trying to turn it around. I hope he does well.

If Dyer walks on at Arkansas, he will be the best RB on campus. Dyer is nasty.

I don't know if he's the best fit for Arky. What's Arky's stance on puff puff pass?

Since he is coming from Arkansas Baptist and is walking on, can he play immediately? Or will he still have to sit out a year before he can play?

Not positive if he was the LAST, but distinctly remember Steve Cox beating us with his field goal kicking while he was at Tulsa.

I think he can play since he already sat out a year or two.
