My immediate thoughts were LSU vs Oregon State in 2004 and LSU vs Alabama in 2011 but Alexis Serna was 0-3 in 2004 and Alabama as a whole as 2-6 in 2011 (with one kicker 1-2 and the other 1-4) so you may be right.
