Hope Aggie runs them off the field. I detest Miami. Hard not to respect A&M and their atmosphere

Yep. Either they are out after the first game or out after the second.

It’s 4 finalists… and he was just named one of them. AggieArchitect wrong again! Seems like a theme.

Am I?

Dickriding for Notre Dame. Both of y’all watch everyone else in the playoffs.

You thought Arch would win the Heisman and Texas would go all the way. I don’t keep a balance sheet like a cuck though.

Florida.

Don't hold your breath. After the poor performance in Austin, I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I think we're distracted by Klein leaving, even though I don;t really care about him. But that seems to be the same situation at least half these teams are in.

If we win, I'll be excited to play OSU, but I'm not betting on it.

NFL has games in the afternoon and at night and fricked over College Football. Thus the 11AM is actually the "feature" game even though it sucks to have that timeslot. I'll be there yelling my arse off though.

I also expect to lose this game. BAS. I just don’t think that A&M can handle success.

This is a horrendous matchup for Aggie. Miami might have the best run D in the country. Their weakness as a secondary is big X WR's or a high efficiency west coast passing attack. A&M uses quick slot receivers and is low efficiency/reliant on big plays.

Defensively A&M's secondary is meh, they can't stop the run and are heavily reliant on their pass rush. Miami has one of, if not the best pass pro OL's in the country.

Miami's weakness on offense is ball hawking secondary's exploiting Beck's tendency to make bad decisions in close games. SMU ranks 7th in the country in INT's and Louisville ranks 15th. He had 6 picks in those 2 games, which were both single possession games. A&M ranks 2nd to last in the country with 3 INTs all year

Couldn't be a worse matchup

Pretty good analysis, and you may be right. But I just cannot see Miami or anyone else going into Kyle Field for the first playoff game they have ever hosted and coming out with a W. That is a tough environment, 12th man is no joke.

Especially Aggie coming off a loss, you know they will be focused after getting punched in the mouth by UT. I actually think they have a shot at winning it all.

111th in TOV margin, 117th in penalty yardage, 58th in 3D%, 75th in red zone offense, 129th in red zone defense, allowing 4 ypc, 75th in net punting, 112th in FG%, 84th in completion percentage, QB has one of the highest INT rates in the country.

Historically, that tells you there's a 0% chance they're a serious contender. Honestly it's incredible they're sitting at 11-1 given those metrics, the schedule has obviously allowed for it, but they're a straight up bad team by most standards. They're a good running team with a good pass rush that's vastly overperformed on 3D

FWIW the top 4 OL's in the country per PFF are

1. Utah
2. Arky
3. Notre Dame
4. Miami

A&M gave up 40+ to #2 and #3

Auburn held them to 16 and Texas held them to 17, Miami is better than both against the run

Honestly wouldn't shock me if this is why it's an 11 am kickoff, those that really know how these teams matchup and help set the schedule foresee a non-competitive game in Miami's favor
