Thanks man, the area is a nice quiet place. Relative to bigger cities. As far as the peanut festival it was canceled then postponed after people got upset. However postponed pretty much means its canceled. They can't push it any further back and they arent going to have it in early 2021.

Well, crap! I always enjoyed the Peanut Festival. Dothan is a rather nice place, although I fully believe it has the most oppressive heat that the south can generate during the summer.

95% of Bama fans here in Virginia couldn't find Tuscaloosa with google maps. 90% aren't even from Alabama. Most have pickups with giant A's on the back glass.

Lol, I live in Dothan as well since 2011. Dothan is a pretty cool place for the most part but never been to the Peanut Festival. A few trips to Cowboys and got the hell out of there most of the time. MCLEODS Is where I go most times now.

Dude you have to go to the Festival at least once. I go just for the food.
Don't let Cowboys fool you its a good place. 25 cent drink nights and decent bands. Wed and Sat nights are usually the busiest and best times to go.
