Another Alabama crybaby fan pissed off that LSU beat your arse. Your fan base is insufferable. LSU will be going to Atlanta and it absolutely has you guys on suicide watch. BK has you rattled lol, I kinda enjoy your melt

Since everyone is talking about Kelly having LSU ahead of schedule, that must mean Bama's got another loss coming next season!

Then, after that we'll bump up against the "Year Three" Rule.

What's the "Year Three" Rule you ask? New coaches at LSU win the National Championship within three years of taking the job. Saban, Miles and Orgeron all won the NC in their third year.

God, you and skrayper out here giving Bama fans a good rep on this board today. I don’t know what to make of the level-headed Bama fans, but I’m glad you’re here.

...LSU won the West at 5-3 in 2001, duh. LSU, the only 3-loss SEC champion.

all you had to do is stop a 2 pt. play and you wouldn't have to deal with such a weak division champ

Had we gone and played Ohio State for the title that year, we would’ve destroyed them just like y’all did the next year going in with 2 losses.

Had Arkansas beaten Florida, I'm not so sure they would have been the team playing OSU. Going into championship weekend, Arkansas was ranked #9 behind #3 11-1 Michigan (only loss to #1 OSU), #4 10-2 LSU (who beat Arkansas on the road the last week of the season), #5 10-1 Louisville, #6 11-1 Wisconsin, and #7 12-0 Boise St. A hypothetical 11-2 Arkansas would have had to jump 5 teams who didn't lose that weekend, one of whom beat them in Little Rock a week prior, to get to the number 2 spot. USC lost and Florida would have in that scenario, but I don't see any way Arkansas jumps from 9 to 2 with only two teams in front of them losing, especially one of those being a team that beat them H2H a week prior. You likely see LSU/OSU or an OSU/Michigan rematch if Arkansas had won the SECCG in 2006

Thanks.

I hate losing more than I like winning. But there are teams out there who have earned respect when they do beat you. LSU and Georgia certainly top that list.

Worthy foes.

There are some the world would be a better place if they disbanded their program in shame. That one is fairly obvious.

Today I had to put down a lifelong pet (of over 16 years) who had been with me through some pretty terrible events in my life.

I just don't have it in me to troll all that much, maybe here and there, but barely. Doing everything I can to take my mind off of it - talking football in the technical sense helps.

Like to think I'm not that bad of a troll normally anyway, but yeah. Some things just put other stuff in perspective.

This is a pretty strong melt. Two weeks and going. Maybe your melt could've won the west.

This is very true.

Crazy how a blocked PAT is basically the difference from LSU being in the top 4 playoff spots.

That said, the SEC West looks like it could easily have 3 11+ win teams this year. All 3 should definitely end with 10 wins minimum.

I think 2011 was the last time we had three teams with 11+ wins.

Yep. From the LSU point if view, I have to believe if the Southern/FSU games had been flipped on the schedule, perhaps they'd be at 9 wins. What could have been.. ....Three 11 win teams is a very real scenario, though. That's about as competitive a division as we've seen.

EDIT: Just read about your pet...Sorry to hear that. Yes, they are definitely a part of the family....
