I will add after the forth phrase the students say, kick their arse
this is what was said for years before i got to lsu in '87 and into the 2000's

quote:

the other fans say L-S-U
this came along later, early 2000's, when the school started trying to tone things down for tv. ever notice tiger band doesn't play tiger rag? that song was a mainstay for decades. the reason it's not played anymore is because in the 2000's the school stopped it because the students yelled "ha ha ha ha haaaaa. a-hole! a-hole!" it has been resurrected from time to time and of course now, no one knows to say the chant anymore.

in the mid to late 2000's if the students started to yell obscenities, the band would immediately start playing something to interrupt the students. then the students just started adapting obscenities to everything the band played. so the school started serially banning songs in an attempt to thwart the students.

having said all that, neck did make an appearance at the end of the ncg and yes, STTDB was heard.

Uhh, no. It was always “L-S-U “ in all other places other than the student section. This was the case well before the 2000’s

I mean the White House officials said LSU was one of the most behaved teams they had in a while visit. I would be embarrassed for the barbers around Tuscaloosa giving Bama players those haircuts Looks like a restaurant mop on top their heads

You're an idiot

Most of the young men playing on your football team if they walked down your street I'm sure you'd double check that your door was locked

fricking racist frick

Your team lost this year, seeing as how all Alabama fans base their self esteem 100% on their football team I'm sure you're having a rough go of it, but frankly I don't care

Re-evaluate yourself, seriously

I was a freshman in 96. made many road games starting before that. it was L S U as long as I remember. in fact, I didnt know kick their arse until my first game in the student section, versus houston (k Faulk game)

My experience is the same. It was always “LSU” until I got into college and sat in the student section. It was only then did I hear “Kick their arse.” Even then I thought it sounded stupid, but kids will be kids.
