I firmly believe there is actually more Autism and it’s not just “reporting it more” etc. my cousin is severely autistic and when I was a child growing up I never met someone with autism now it is seemingly everywhere.
Possible causes:
1. Vaccines (GASP!)
2. High Fructose Corn Syrup
3. Microplastics
4. Mating decisions. This one is the most intriguing to me. The autistic brain is a hyper masculine brain. Logical. Calculating. No empathy. Can’t understand non verbal communication. So the hypothesis is that if a female with a masculine brain mates with a man with a masculine brain … you get a hyper masculine brain … autism.
So who do people in a post liberal society mate with? Why people they work with of course. So if you look at areas with high rates of autism you will see spikes of it in areas with engineering, technology, mathematics firms and companies headquartered around there.
An engineering firm attracts men fit for the role. And there are women who are attracted to that work too. They have a baby. You get a baby with autism.

Some people on here legitimately think since BK hasn’t coached in the SEC before that he is in over his head.
The man was picked for this job because he took his suit and tie straight laced academically strict Notre Dame football team to the playoffs TWICE. That is national media level. Before the games and after those games we are talking about ESPN, national media outlets, rooms with hundreds of reporters. Not just Dougie McDouglass from the Advocate who lives two miles from campus.
You do understand that at the helm of our football team is a coach who has done maybe what 0.01% of current coaches have on their resume? More than one CFP appearance? That’s in the same group that includes Saban, Dabo, Urban Meyer, Lincoln Riley, Franklin… I mean that sample size of coaches is insanely small and yall are acting like we have Billy Napier running our program.
You may not like his style because everyone loved coach O and he’s different from that.
But I like BK. I like his style.
He is a prick. He’s a known a-hole. That is who he is.
I have played for coaches like that. They ride your arse, they expect more, they never pat you on the back and say “wow good job keep it up!” That’s soft. This isn’t daycare.
But what earns your players’ dedication and affection (which Brian Kelly has done) is you show your players respect that when the chips are down or performance isn’t up to par - that when outside people feel like they can criticize the players as well, the coach up and tells them to frick off. Hey that’s my kid, I see him grinding, I see the effort, I see the determination, he’s doing his thing, I’m proud of him.
Then suddenly it shows that yes you’re a dick but you actually care immensely about your players and that you recognize their effort - which people think you didn’t.
I mean it’s like did so many of you grow up without a father? Did your dad kiss you on the cheek and tell you great job son you’re the best I love you so so much wow jeez let’s go buy you some ice cream and a teddy bear! That’s what the board wanted when everyone wanted Tom Herman. And he got ridden out of Austin on a rail.
We got your dad’s dad at the helm. We got “clean your fricking plate” Great Depression era grandpa at the helm. I will never say BK is the next nick saban but damn it’s very obvious many of you have never seen his pressers because yall are acting like this is such abnormal behavior for a good football coach.
Some of you are too soft to see how the mechanics of this kind of style plays out. It works out in a strange roundabout way.

Most of us here grew up before the internet was a chronic daily space for interaction.
Kids with smartphones have constant access to spaces on the internet that fuel and foster this mental illness
