With all of the “evidence” Ole Miss fans have of Lane’s illicit drug use, stalking underage women, restraining orders, etc, I fully expect him to be arrested as soon as he crosses the state line, so hopefully his life won’t be in jeopardy by having to enter the stadium. Otherwise, I’d hate to see what one of the unhinged Ole Miss posters tries to do to him.

The Mississippi Department of Public Safety stated that Kiffin simply requested his usual state trooper escort due to general safety concerns. The patrol cars accompanied him safely to the airport, and authorities have no record of anyone trying to run him off the road.
So Lane, nor anyone else, ever reported a road rage incident until Lane making it up at a podium later. Nor did the police find any other evidence of it happening. Hence the police report, following Lane making up the incident, stating that it never occured.
Separately, how do you think cops generally investigate crimes? Do they only investigate those they directly witness?

I just dont see ole miss winning that game. lane knows their offense and out of all of the coaches in that game hes the one that could capitalize on knowing another teams offense the most. even if they change the offense ,he knows the quarterback like the back of his hand

I'm not saying it happened, I'm not saying it didn't, I'm saying it's wild that folks present a DPS statement that doesn't contradict anything Lane said as some type of "gotcha".
