But, watching Bama this last week, it looks like they have stopped the penalties, and their defense looked pretty solid.

MSU was exactly what the bana D needed, pass happy short crossing routes. They don’t push the vertical game like Tenn. not sure if they “got it fixed”.

It’s not a good match up for LSU DBs

Perkins will have to blitz and spy BY all game

LSU can’t afford to start slow like they have all year.

Expectation: none, enjoying the ride! Hoping for a 2012 type game…LSU win this time

LSU has a very good shot at winning the game. A QB that can run very well, good receivers (including TE's). A defense that is getting better each week and a good kicking game.

LSU and the points look like free money

And we just got whipped by Tennessee at home..

I think it will be a competitive game at the very least. But my money would be on the team that has Bryce Young.

I get it, but if you've watched Bama play this season, you gotta believe that you guys have a shot.

Daniels mobility may cause Bama fits…have to control Bama’s d-line and give Daniels time…
Can’t imagine we can win this game but I was ready to give up on this team in the first qtr of the Ole Miss game and we came back and worked their asses…
I’m hoping for a good showing and us keeping it close so we don’t damage the teams attitude for the rest of the season.

I have a feeling that Will Anderson has a monster of a game against true freshman starting tackles. Hopefully we get the running game going so that he doesnt just pin his ears back. We will have to convert 3rd downs and win the TOP as well. Along with a perfect game for Special Teams. Those are all a must IMO

BAMA has struggled to play on the road.

BAMA has struggled to gameplan appropriately on defense.

BAMA struggled to gameplan appropriately versus MSU on offense and couldn't handle the 3-3-5 defense they employ.

LSU is not great, but good, and are improving every week.

LSU is at home.

LSU is starting to believe.

I think this game is very close and BAMA pulls out a slim margin victory, but I don't believe this game is out of reach for LSU.

Until this BAMA team proves they can get their shite together, then every game against a quality opponent will be both winnable and losable. BAMA is very talented, but our coordinators are shite. This may be LSU's best chance to beat BAMA since 2019.

You are asking for rational fan takes on the rant? Do you even know where you are bro?

Anyone referencing the FSU game is already starting out with a flawed view. That was way back in September and we are a totally different team now.

Sometimes you have to get your arse handed to you in order to truly improve. I think the Tennessee game actually changed the course of the season in a good way. Lessons were learned.

LSU will start out slow and Bama will jump out to a 2 score lead. We will then settle in and trade scores with them.

If Bama does not turn the ball over, they will beat LSU. If they turn the ball over LSU has a chance to pull the upset.

If LSU does not start slow for what would be the first time this season, then the last team with the ball wins.

It has remained mostly rational to my surprise.

My only rational take is that LSU players haven't slapped any fans on the field. Best of luck. Go get 'em.

I think it will be competitive and the crowd will be lit, but I just don't see LSU coming out with a win. Hope I am wrong.
