Frenchmans is pretty wet right now, but in a month will be in great shape.
Black Bear is a 45 minute drive, but well worth it.
Mystic is an hour away and a very nice, but challenging course.
Trail Inn in Arcadia is a lot of fun, cheap and lots of hills. Bout 45 minutes away.

I'm 6'3 270lbs. Workout 5 days a week. I'm 41 so not really just going crazy in the gym, mostly upper body workouts with one day dedicated to lower body and one to back.

I have had a bad back for many years and after a round of golf it takes 3-4 days to recover. Seems like that number grows every year as well. I take Ibuprofen before and after, stretch properly, have a massager and tens unit at home. Nothing seems to knock out the ...
