Games against Northwestern and Minnesota. Yikes.
No different than playing South Carolina and Missouri.

I assume LSU is academically comparable to their bottom quartile teams. Iowa, Michigan State, Nebraska, etc.

Using your logic the SEC had nothing to gain by inviting Oklahoma into the SEC

LSU and Nebraska are about the same academically.

I think schools are holding out for when the conferences go away. SEC / BIG are on a clock . At least for football. Right now ESPN / FOX and the two big league execs are holding on for dear life to each other. The pie is going to split once the new one organize super league is formed for football. Amazon / Netflix are going to be massive players.
I would be fine with LSU leaving for BIG10 only if they were bringing a large southern based contingent. FSU, Miami, Clemson, Georgia Tech, North Carolina.

If you ranked every school in DI football in terms of odds to get a Big 10 invitation, LSU would be in the bottom quarter. I know you find it incomprehensible, but the Big 10 actually REALLY cares about academics. Its clear to everybody that LSU cares NOTHING AT ALL about academics. You don't even pretend to be interested in them. No, LSU would be headed to the Big 12 to be with your desiccated soulmates at Tech.

LSU is nowhere close to being qualified for the B1G.
Enjoy the Big 12

Would academically qualify? Not sure if they have academic reqirements since they have Nebraska and Iowa.

Newbies to the SEC are allowed to speak only when told to.

Sec teams I think the big would really want-Florida, Texas, atm, uga no questions asked I think all would get invite. Sec teams the big would look hard at-bama tenner ou Kentucky(bball contiguous). Teams they would consider-mizzou, arky, miss, usce, auburn, lsu(big time brand but the administration is probably way too loud for big otherwise they’d be higher)
Teams that would need help- vandy(only shot would be as a partner to make a football school more palatable)
No chance- miss state.

The resulting damages LSU would win in an antitrust suit against the SEC would surpass $1B with a B.

Lol…your stupidity self evident. Without the SEC, LSU is just a poor small school. No money, no recruitment cache, a has been.

Nah I would welcome lsu to big but is only in your dreams.

If LSU left the SEC tomorrow we’d still be more SEC than you pussies. See you in November - arch can already hear the roar with those ears. Also, frick you

I said yesterday frick them etc and I was and am pissed. This is like you get to Gettysburg and start Pickett’s charge and get shot in the back because your cousins are following a Yankee now.
It would super frick the SEC and give the big ten the southern recruiting base they have always wanted

The Big 10 wants nothing to do with LSU. They are smart and LSU is nothing but trouble. They would NEVER have a University academically ranked that low as well.
LSU capitulated for a very good reason. The delusional LSU fans call it a win?!?! Simple question, are the two pro players playing? NO!!!
