LSU to the Big10 would be checkmate on the SEC

USC/UCLA locked down the SoCal market.
Oregon/Washington locked down the Northwest market.
They already have a presence on the East Coast.
They might just be willing to give LSU a pass on academics if it meant establishing a footprint in the South and sticking it to the SEC.
The SEC would be retarded to let it happen.
They need to come to some sort of understanding and move on.

LSU would be Nebraska'ing themselves if they went B1G due to isolation but I don't think B1G will turn *that* big of a blind eye to academics either.

With the direction of conferences and the NCAA being shown completely irrelevant, the B1G is going to have to remove their standard of academics from football altogether within ten years. These conferences are going to become gigantic.
