They are treating these TEMPORARY retraining orders like they are permanent. Just like refugees here on a temporary visa treat that like it’s a permanent residency card.
They’re going to be in for a rude awakening when it gets thrown out and they’re still punished at the end of all this. There will be a lot of screaming about how unfair and cruel it is for the SEC to punish them.
