So LSU's overall is 6.5 during the time Saban has been in Tuscaloosa. So I would say LSU has incrementally better talent to work with than what Kelly had at Notre Dame.
I think current NFL rosters for 2021 is is Bama 1 with 53, Ohio State 2nd with 47 and then LSU with 46. UGA is 4th with 35 and then Notre Dame is 5th with 34. Considering they are not a consistent top 10 recruiting school, again they are 12.2 over Kelly's tenure, I would say Kelly is producing NFL talent at a higher rate than the recruiting rankings. I think the numbers show that.
Just my view, free to disagree.

Ok fair enough, a little different than what was first quoted. I did not see his take on ESPN. I was only going off what was reported here, which I probably should not have taken as Gospel without confirming it myself.

I’ve got no coaching experience, but Ryan Clark would have agreed with me as head coach over Brian Kelly just because I have a better chance of having sickle cell disease.
