Donors that didn't contribute during kellys coaching era are contributing in waves. A lot of donors couldn't stand Kelly. They are all behind the lane train.

I mean. It still amazes me that so many retards think the endowment pays for this and not big time donors

The vast majority of the public can't think beyond face value headlines.

LSU is broke, no way they can afford to fire Brian Kelly.

LSU is broke, no way they will be able to hire a good coach.

LSU is broke, no way they can compete with Ole Miss and Florida to hire Lane Kiffin.

LSU is broke, no way they will be able to hang onto these 5 star recruits from Louisiana.

LSU is broke, no way they will sign the top transfer portal class.

Congratulations…you’re still in the bottom third in SEC endowments. And still LSU has been publicly on record as taking over $300,000,000 from a non profit health system, earmarking about $125,000,000 for the athletic department. You have around $167,000,000 in obligations to the current and last two head coaches. Your athletic department has averaged $2,000,000 per year in losses. Lol…you’re broke…

Why do so many of you think the endowment has anything to do with athletics?

Yes the success of LSU football is a priority to its fans which requires sacrifice but that sacrifice has resulted in a storied history of success including four national championships. The sacrifice of its people is why LSU is a winning program, and Ole Miss is an insignificant place of losers.
