Are there no timeframes for these tro things to be heard or figured out? Let me guess .. January??
They said that Chambliss case wouldn’t be heard until the spring.

Pete sent them to collect a check and get LSU kicked out of the SEC at the same time

The Supreme Court also agreed with the judge and Chambliss will win on the merits or the ncaa will quit because the case is moot
Again. Irrelevant. Ole Miss is playing a player deemed ineligible by the NCAA, breaking their rules and the “purity of the institution “ or what ever other words used by the SEC to make it seem like LSU is pissing on. But I do agree. It will be dropped as by the time it gets to court, the season will be over

It’s only irrelevant because you want it to be. Chambliss is eligible no matter how much wailing comes from the bayou

And perfect example of the selective outrage and mental retardation by some of you. As per NCAA guidelines, he is not eligible, he’s playing through a TRSO granted by a Sate judge. Same exact thing that you are screaming about with the NFL players. I’m glad he is as I don’t want any excuse when we dog walk you in 2 weeks. However it’s def something that can be used to show the two tier outrage systems.

Did the SEC/NCAA pay him? Or did they just allow him to play so that the two parties could fulfill their financial agreements?
Also I love that you all of the sudden remember Pavia now but completely forget about him when crying constantly about Chambliss.

Didnt Coach Heaux admit they practiced with the team? Not a gotcha? Thought this was well known?
Saban brought in Trent Richardson after he played years in the nfl to practice against his team.

With the mindset of joining the team?

quote:according to a Louisiana judge, it is the SEC fault they can't play.
LSU signed the contract with the promise of paying them. LSU couldn’t fulfill their promise. The reason why they couldn’t fulfill their promise is because they’re stupid.
It isn’t the conferences fault that they’re stupid.
And being that the SEC has no personhood or jurisdiction, the lawsuit will probably be in the same court the original TRO was in.

Lane is the Hugh Freeze of this era. When everyone else was going 80 in a 70 in recruiting, Hugh was going 100 and he was also tweeting about it.
Everyone else is going 80 in a 70 when it comes to getting player eligible, but Lane is going 200 and talking shite the entire time. Honestly the more I think about it the Hugh freeze comp for this really sticks.

If they do sue LSU, LSU will just sue and pass the buck up to the SEC for forcing them to violate the restraining order.
Seems that LSU has been attempting this a lot lately. I mean they are in a financial strain so it makes sense.
Anymore slimy moves from the purple and gold leadership?
