6-4(soon to be 6-6)
ReliaQuest Bowl
Citrus Bowl
Texas Bowl
toilet bowl
15-0 fluke, once in a generation class with qb transfer
Fiesta Bowl
Citrus Bowl
Citrus Bowl
Texas Bowl
Music City Bowl

1 top 10 finish in the CFP rankings

Aside from 2019, LSU has been nothing but medicore for the past decade. And now Michigan of all teams is stealing your top recruits. In the era of NIL, it's time to face the facts, it's over baws. Trust me, as a Texas fan, we can relate. The NIL just happened to have the opposite effect on our program

Texas hasn't done anything since 05.

But ok.

Texas has been trying to buy that resume for a long time.

I’m no lsu fan, but didn’t yall make the playoffs just once? Last year? And didn’t make it out of the 1st round?

LSU has played in 3 national championships and won 2 since Texas was able to win one with a once in a generational talent QB. Texas also had 10 seasons in that same span of at least 5 losses

What would we call 2005, Vince Young…. Couldn’t imagine what it would be like to not have a title since the 70’s….

Texas goes back to back in 2008-09 if BCS doesn't screw them/Colt stays healthy. And Texas is clearly trending up, Tulane is literally a better program than LSU atm

There is a grand total of what 3 schools that wouldn't trip over themselves to trade for that with LSU?

Schools are paying through the nose for a championship and we got one for the cost of a crawfish dinner.

Spoken like another Texas team we all know….

*if* Bama doesn’t backdoor into BCS we too could have gone back-to-back in 2011-12. But alas, we didn’t, but then we did win again in 2019…. And if we win another by the 2030, I’ll be happy.

As you yourself have noted, with luck/human polls/injuries/luck of the transfers, it’s insanely hard to win a Natty, and even more tough now with the expanded playoff.

What fan wouldn’t be happy with a natty a decade?

If I was a Texas fan I'd be shutting my mouth right now.
