It’s kind of funny whenever someone gets hired by another school and the other fans try to hype it up like it was a huge loss. Everyone does it, so I’m not particularly jumping on that dingaling guy posting in this thread. It’s just funny and part of why I like this board.

no wonder he’s leaking all over this thread STTDB

All I did was prove LSU's program officially congratulated your former staff member for his recognition as being one of the best yet you casuals had never heard of him.

He will advise Freeze on personnel and roster management issues. For example, he will advise Hugh to recruit someone who can complete a forward pass to your WRs.
And not to take a beat down from New Mexico State

Also every outgoing transfer is "no big loss" and he's just looking for money or tPOS while every incoming transfer is a "huge upgrade."

It is kind of funny your reading comprehension skills are so poor that you think I did this when in reality it was FootballScoop that called it a coup.

FootballScoop:
quote:

Hugh Freeze is making big-boy moves heading into Year 2 at Auburn.

And Freeze's gain is yet another loss for Brian Kelly and LSU.

It's a good hire for ya'll. He did well at LSU. I'm glad to see him getting a promotion. But it's a bit weird to come on here bragging about hiring one of our admin guys. If we rehire Austin Thomas it's pretty much a wash.

You're angry about your newfound situation, and your lashing out.
I understand, as I see this behavior from my kids from time to time. Difference is, they realize their shitty behavior quicker than you and reverse course.

Gumps coping with the hiring of a flash-in-the-pan head coach by trying to needle LSU on the loss of a back office player personnel guy lmao

Thy are trying to recover from the massive wave of defections. Imagine the reaction when the bad news picks back up after the lull.

Maybe I appreciate pro sports more and understand the impact of general managers, or maybe I have read more and more about general managers in CFB (DeBoer even has a "secret sauce" guy) regardless this hire taps into Louisiana recruiting at the baseline.

Maybe in terms of familiarity with Louisiana recruits, but Auburn never has been much of a threat for taking in state recruits that LSU wants, anymore than LSU has been much of a threat for taking Alabama recruits that Alabama or Auburn wants. He's basically a scout. That's what you're getting.

Jangalang confirmed to be a certified retard. Weirdest melt I’ve seen in a while. It’s okay buddy, take your football and run on home.

He offers roster management services as well. With the portal becoming hush hush free agency I'll take it in a New York Minute.
