If you’re upset about that, you haven’t paid attention to SEC football.
I have only been following SEC football for about half of the conference's existence so I may have missed it BUT I don't recall another coach referencing a law suit where he is named as a defendant against the conference.

A sensible adult response from the president and AD and the Gov...would be to come out and stand unified with the SEC and give LK a spanking and move on.

The SEC is playing chicken with the wrong group. Regardless if it is right or wrong, the current Governor, AG, President of LSU, AD of LSU and Coach will literally burn down all of college football before giving in. Sankey is playing right into it as well which is not good for anyone.

Kiffin's a wise arse and doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut. that's his crime. he's broken no conference rules unlike your universitky that actually played what Sankey defined as a pro. Kiffin just talked about it, which admittedly was stupid. so, Kiffin mouths off while Sanky files suits that may end up costing him his job. his performance in the court case in baton rouge should have gotten him fired and esp. his last TV rights negotiations should have gotten him canned. he is the worst commissioner the SEC has ever had.
