Yeah. And he runs like a madman. Make no mistake, the only reason he isn't the guy now is because LF is in front of him. He'll be among the nation's rushing leaders as soon as 7 departs.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Fournette get around 50% of the carries. He had just under 60% of our total rushing attempts last year (300 out of 505). We should be less dependent on him this year as the passing game should improve, and there should also be at least a few games where we have a good lead and we get a chance to rest him.

As far as RB carries:

225-250 for Fournette (Between 45%-50%)
125-150 for Guice (Between 25%-30%)
100-125 for the rest. (Between 20%-30%)

They need to work in a lot of screen passes and short dumps for Fournette and Guice. They both have good hands. And like someone said earlier, can you imagine Fournette getting the ball with a little bit of momentum going? That would be like trying to tackle a freight train.
Cam Cameron ought to find the playbook the Saints had for Reggie Bush and rip it off entirely for Guice. Barring injury or character BS when the 2018 NFL Draft rolls around, he'll be getting called in the first couple of rounds.

I can see Guice getting a bit more than 20%, but this is Fournette's year for sure.

I'm 5'10 and stood next to Guice at a basketball game and we were about the same height so I believe it. What he has though is size, dude is jacked. Reminds me of a more aggressive Jeremy Hill.

Yep. Was wide open vs Bama down the middle of the field for a go-ahead TD....

Harris missed him by a mile

The Saints terrified opponents with the Bush/Thomas combo coming out of the backfield. Those two combined for over 100 grabs one season I believe.

I think Guice and Chubb are clones. Weight room freaks, fast, same size, etc

I'd hope to see a lot more 2 back sets with Guice and Fournette, but the trend last year was 1 back sets almost as often as having a fullback in.

Guice will get a lot more than 20%.

Leonard is Leonard, but Guice is really good.

Its gonna be interesting.

I forgot about that huge play where he should've been taken down behind the LOS

Broke like 5-6 tackles

I was curious about this last season, as well. Harris is obviously shifty and runs well, but he isn't a real big guy. Is there fear of injury with him running a lot?

Possibly, but make no mistake about it, he may not be the biggest one out there, but that kid is tough as nails.

Guice will be used as a receiver coming out of the backfield quite a bit.

Expect at least a fourth guy to get some work as well. I think Guice takes a larger chunk, maybe 25. Williams should still see some work because he can be on the field on any given down. I cannot imagine a scenario where LF gets less than 60%.
