I didn't say LSU had more guys in the NFL this year, inbred frick.

LSU gets the most exposure in the NFL and it's not even close.

Move on.

Than who?

Michigan and Purdue and Cal get the most exposure, if that's your criteria

Ohio State, LSU, and Florida are the only teams that can claim DBU. Texas may have the most draft picks all time but the past 20 years, they haven't had much of anything. LSU and Florida are on the top for the past 20 years.

Did you tweet racist LSU things at Kary Vincent?

Probably.

Imagine having employers google your name and everything that comes up is either racist related or terrible dental work related.

Better yet, imagine starting a thread on the Help Board directed at the mods to enforce LSU fans to stop picking on you.

Umm. The last 20 years is probably the majority of them for Texas. They had two Thorpe winners when Akina and Chizik were on Brown’s staff. And a multitude of draft picks. The brown era is arguably the best run of talent acquisition at Texas.

I checked. 16 of Texas’ DBs have been drafted in the last 20 years.

UCLA and OU

Texas has really fallen off too. They are at least more recently relevant than OU and UCLA as far as DBs though. Only 1 DB picked in Top 5 rounds in the last 4 drafts for Texas, and that was a 5th rounder.

I do find it funny they stopped at 5th round, love when folks fudge numbers so they get on top

The only people that actually matter when it comes to who is DBU are recruits.

Unless they’re committed to Texas, Ohio State or Florida - where they like to pretend - everybody knows LSU is DBU.

I understand how this angers the Gumps though, I really do.

The thing is that Texas has often had pass defenses that didn't live up to their talent on the field. NFL draft picks and college awards are important, but the product on the field is equally, if not more important. LSU, Alabama, Florida, and Ohio State have all outpaced Texas in this area.
