Deion jones & Jarvis Landry are prob the best case studies, among others
Lucas Oil replaced its turf in 2018 after both those examples and as of the 2024 combine used something that's similar to what is in the LSU practice facility. Installed by the same company and everything

re: Troy Fautanu seems to be the perfect fit for us

The saints heavily prioritize athleticism early in the draft
Latham didn’t test at the combine or pro day with no reported injury, I think we all know why something like that happens. He’s unlikely to be the pick
Fautanu
Guyton
Fuaga
Mims
Olu Fashanu
All scored 9.4 or higher on RAS and ...
LSU’s surface notoriously produces faster 40 times vs Indianapolis
Not to take anything away from nabers
Most guys don't run at pro day AND the combine so it's not like we have much of a sample size here
And the Indy track is plenty fast nowadays, Brugler and the other nation...
would it be worth taking Bowers at 6 if I have McBride? Or should I go WR no matter what?
Just take the best player. I’d guess Bowers will qualify if he’s there at 6. Having 2 young stud TEs would be a good “problem” to have.

Who is a top coach IYO
Because as best I can tell by scrolling Twitter on any given day, the fans of at least 20-25 other teams have similar complaints about their current coaching situation too. NBA fans love to ascribe their team’s problems to the coaching staff...

Just posters taking their opinion of Willie and projecting it onto the players
There's way, way, way more evidence that the players have a high opinion of Willie than the inverse...
re: Will Patrick Peterson be a HOFer?
Posted by DallasTiger45 on 3/22/24 at 11:09 am
Pro Football Reference has a stat that attempts to capture things HOF voters typically care about and combine it into a catch-all number
Peterson has the highest number of anyone not currently in the Hall. It's a strong case.
I really like the kid from Michigan, Dug McDaniel. But I don't think we have a snowball's chance in hell of getting him.
He's talented but his size & offensive freedom he's used to would give me pause
He also got suspended this year for a while
That's 3 for 3 on the Jalen Coo...
Baker's minutes and role on the team were the single biggest reason (besides coaching) that we sucked this year.
Hopefully McMahon learned a lesson here about what type of big fits what he wants to do

We desperately need a real deal lead guard who can score and distribute. We also need a big who can defend and rebound, but the lead guard is the true key here
Williams and Ward are good players as your 2 and 3 but they need someone to set them up to be at their best imo...
You know what makes a player want to play for a coach? When they see competency. No matter how positive and motivational Willie is, if the players believe that he doesn’t know what he is doing, they won’t respond. You have to be both a good coach and motivator.
That team isn't garbage at all unless it's 10 team or smaller
I wouldn't take Caleb at #6 in 1 QB. That will likely be the sweet spot to grab a WR drafted to a good offense in the first round or the best RB with a chance to play immediately
At pick #11 I think either Caleb or Jayden would make...

Will Wade is obviously a better coach than McMahon
