I really wonder how old some of you are and also what you do for a living. Your points of view are so odd and not at all realistic.

The only reason they want Sankey involved is because he’s going to LSU.

If he was leaving LSU to go to Ole Miss in the same exact manner no one would care.

But this would never happen in that way because LSU would have more pride and chest to allow it to go on like it did. That part is on Ole Miss.

LSU did nothing wrong. Lane did everything wrong.

There’s no reason Ole Miss can’t win the natty this year.

They just need a break in the bracket. They’re good enough to compete. Perhaps you didn’t watch your game versus them.

We scored at will against them. Ohio St would destroy them.

Lane wanted to coach somewhere he can win a natty.

I so hope Kiffin steals that line from Brian Kelly at his introductory press conference. That will provide us months of entertainment.

Sure, he could've, but it's Ole Miss. It's WAY better this way.

Look at it this way, put Alabama in LSU's position, and Auburn in Ole Miss' position, and maybe it will be clear.

It's funny how tRant says he can win a championship at Ole Miss, but he can't at LSU for some reason.

Correct. That's what he should have done.

But it's not. To say that Kiffin is just doing what he has to is BS!

Does he have to take Lacy? Lacy going to play this year? The QB?

Come on. You are justifying it because it's your team that hired him. If he was headed to UF you would be totally calling it out.

And that's the real problem. To many people have enabled people like Kiffin to get away with this bs.

Which is actually worse for you. Youth can sometimes be an adequate excuse for ignorance. Good luck with that.

It's not that Lane left, it's how he left. He made it all about him and his ego and has destroyed an OM that had a legit shot at a NC and drug it out so long that OM is screwed on the coaching market. LSU fans will find out how awful Lane is when he does this to them too. It's his history of screwing over teams that give him a chance.

So tell us how he should have done it? He tried to stay and coach through the playoffs ( LSU told everyone they would wait as long as needed even all the way through the playoffs ) Ole Miss wouldn't let him coach unless he signed the extension. Ole Miss screwed themselves.

Why should he have done that? You have to hit the ground running as soon as you take another job. You can’t wait around on staff members. Some of you think like toddlers
