NCAA enforcement of NIL is a myth. Just have a degree of seperation (collective) and you are home free. TAMU has the money to buy all the players.

I don't worry about the aggies till they finally win something but one thing to consider is when you buy whores, the transfer portal is always there for them to find other customers.
