exactly...Louisnan judge wasn't doing it for OM for sure. They prob been working with Kiff weeks getting all this done.

Greg Sankey said last week that anyone made eligible under these court cases (this is one of a handful) would be ineligible, under SEC rules, to transfer within the conference.
