never could understand these type questions. There’s been so many and so little separates them. There’s never a “loudest” moment with a big play in a big game. Rocky block was no louder than the 4th down stop against Florida in 2010.

I don't know but the loudest my house has ever been is when Ringo took back the int for a touchdown

Agree on AU-UF ‘93 and also AU-UF ‘06 as being two of the loudest games I can remember.

As for a single loudest moments…

The Kick6 and Prayer at Joelrdan-Hare are obviously near or at the top. But the ‘93 Calvin Jackson INT for a TD as well as the Trey Smith fumble recovery off the blocked punt in ‘06 against Florida has to be up there.

I’d probably put those 4 as my top 4

Officially it was Jaylen Wright’s run vs Georgia this past year but I don’t think I believe it.

Things like this remind me what an underrated rivalry AU vs UF was.

It's the Wingo TD against Alabama in 2010. Loudest single moment I've ever heard. 3rd play of the game.

Choked that game away and then choked again in baton rouge later that season

When I was undergrad at Texas A&M, the Broadway play, La Cage Aux Folles, was performing at Kyle Field. Naturally, it was sold out. I can tell you, it was extremely loud. Not to many gals in attendance that night, but the guys were a hootin' and a hollerin'. Wait, what kind of play did you mean?

Underrated but up there for Bama.

Two top 20 teams, Saban’s first game against LSU at Bama and a tie game. It gave Alabama a 34-27 lead in the 4th.

At Sanford? Probably the Auburn Black out game in 2007. In the 2002 SEC championship game in the Georgia Dome was the loudest I’ve ever heard a roar in person after the punt block after opening stop

Eta: a little nostalgia with Larry Munson

Eta again: This season was very important to the program, and what Richt called “knocking the lid off of the program”. He fought the administration and so did Pruitt when he was here. Richt built the foundation after Donnan laid it, and Kirby takes it to the top. God bless Mark Richt and his family! They are great people. Seems he’s doing ok at the moment.

The 4th down stop to escape vs Notre Dame in 2019 is up there. Notre Dame had a shitload of presnap penalties that night due to crowd noise.

We have many, many to choose from.

I watched that game from a bar in Kiawah Island. Half the bar was South Carolina, half the bar was Clemson fans rooting as hard or harder than me for Mizzou.

What a season.

Maybe. But Mizzou owning South Carolina certainly does.

The stadium was smaller then but the opening offensive play of the 05 Florida game was the loudest I have heard Bryant Denny. Croyle to Prothro. This whole game was unreal loud. Tebow was in the stands as a recruit.

I'm going to chuckle when Mizzou comes back to earth this year. Everyone is pumping sunshine because they beat an OSU team where 1/3 of their players had opted out. But they forget the 4 home games they barely squeaked by with against the power house programs known as Middle Tennessee, K. State, Memphis and Florida. They could have just as easily finished 7-6 last year.
