Beck gifted Texas two first quarter interceptions, and Georgia still had a 7-0 lead after the first quarter.

Texas had their shot. Muffed it.

Yeah he’s had some doozies…he’s also the best QB on the team and gives us our best chance to win in the playoffs. Need to get him and our receiving core on the same page.

Our defense is pretty good. Lost in your thoughts are you only had to go 69 yds for 20 points , our offense with Panic Boy was that bad,

If the acceptable level is zero, then sure.

I’m not going to go into this too much with you but there is no way we should have put the ball in the air that much that game. We should have run the ball probably 15 more times that game but only have 1 scholarship back that can even be in the backfield on a pass blocking rep. Frazier has yet to put a pass blocking rep on tape this year. Our staff has the bye week to get him ready to pass block so he can be used effectively in any of our play calls.

If Frazier is on the field the entire defense knows it’s a run or a flare pass to him. This is a game if we had RB depth we should have run a lot more. We are also Razer thin at RB depth. Etienne is our only real back right now because he can be in the backfield for any offensive call.

Whatever it is, he is beyond that line. We need 2023 beck.

The UT/UGA game may be one with the worst QB play from top teams. Both QBs were not impressive at all. Especially for players banking millions.

Ewers spent all night running for his life. Beck just sucked.

Wasn't talking about last night's game, but the UT/UGA game in a few weeks. Nico La-Ma-Light-in-the-Loafers looked horrible too.

Beck has been very off and on this year.

He's got two 400+ yard passing games and two sub 200 yard passing games. He's had 4 games where UGA had no turnovers of any kind and 3 with 2-3 picks in each game.

Last year he was very consistent. Nearly every game was in the high 200's or low 300's and he never had more than one pick in a game.

This year has been very high highs and very low lows. Don't have a great explanation for it.

I can't help but think of his High School career. Junior season, he was Mr. Florida football. Senior season, he sucked. Yeah, he lost a lot of his experienced WRs, but its seems he might have a problem with success.

Last year he was really good. This year, not so much.

At first, I blamed the lambo and girlfriend and the loss of McConkey and Bowers, but maybe, it is just he can't handle back to back successful years?

Tell us something we don’t know. In other news, there were about 10 dropped passes for the loss of another 150 yards. That on Beck, too?

Is it 2023 Beck we’re missing, or is it Bowers, McConkey, and Rosemy Jack-Saint?

Is Tejas' pass D that good? Or has Beck taken a step back in general this year? 8 TDs and 8 INTs in 5 SEC games
Yes, our pass D really is that good, vast improvement vs last season.

Having said that, Beck looked out of sync all night, and when he did connect his receivers couldn't hang on to the ball. Even though Etienne provided most of the scoring, he didn't exactly run wild on our D. The difference in the game was Georgias defense playing out of their minds. Shut down our run game and never allowed Quinn to get in a rythm and Arch didn't fare any better when he went in.

That was by far the best defense we've faced since Sark has been coach, and likely the best we'll face this year unless we play Georgia again.

Exactly! Bowers, McConkey and Jack-Saint made Beck. Beck was always average on his best days.

Some other interesting things for Beck is the home/away splits for completion percentage.

On the road Beck has completed 54%, 56% and 62% of his passes.
Neutral site 69%.
Home he's completed 72%, 75% and 79%.

Everything this year for him is highs and lows where last year was steady sailing.
