Texas will be the equivalent of Kentucky in the SEC. In for a rude awakening.

I think Texas has taken great strides in signing linemen. Couple of years ago, they signed what at the time was quietly recognized as the greatest offensive line class ever signed. Coach Sark has SEC experience so I don’t think it will be a shock to them. I will say this. In conference there is no get right game. I can remember our first SEC game. I watched Florida’s players come off the busses and though my God those look like NFL players. Also, every single team has football dudes on both sides of the ball. You come into conference with the thought “I don’t give a damn if the game is won 7-3, a win is a win.”

The Big 12 going to run a train on Texas, and Oklahoma too. Everybody is going to get a piece.

Come on, now. It's fun pissing on Texas - but seriously. I used to work in Lexington. Austin can't really be that bad, can it ?

Main reason Free Shoes and Taters never joined. Not saying Bobby was a bad coach, but in the SEC he drops a few more games each season and never plays for Natty's.

There's a reason our expansion went Westward and it wasn't for TV. Even Mizzou and TAMU had no idea. FSU and Clemson have a much richer history playing SEC teams and they live in our footprint. And unlike the ones we've convinced to join, they know exactly what they would be getting into and said hell no.

Honestly, OU and Texas, especially, were fools for jumping aboard. They had a path to the playoffs without the grind. Riley was 100 percent right.

o you ran through the SEC like shite through a goose in your first season because you were hyped to be there is that your story?

LSU never had any trouble with them during the Manziel years. If you think I am lying go back and look how Manziel did in the box score versus LSU in the 3 times he played them. Get ready to be shocked.

Agree with everything you said, except…

“The Big 12 is every bit "as deep" as the SEC. Right now, the SEC has 2 elite teams, 2 very good teams, and a bunch of abortions that think they matter because of the accomplishments of other schools. It's really kind of sad.“
