Based on what? Their entire history of never being better than Oklahoma?

If there’s anything true about us SEC fans it’s that we’re incredibly gracious. Good grief. It is possible that he is a really good offensive mind and that Alabama just happens to be really, really good. But nah, probably the entire SEC west, including Arky, could destroy half the NFL and other teams and coaches just luck into greatness be it on offense or defense. No other coach in any other conference can scheme or God forbid excel at anything. For frick’s sake.

Riley has a rebuild job ahead of him next year. We will see what he can do when he has to replace most of the OL for one - I imagine the QB's won't look so good next year. Also, OU needs to find something approaching a defense at some point this offseason

Based on the fact that they already beat Oklahoma this year, Herman is a good coach, and The University of Texas is the flagship university in the state that you depend on for recruits.

Yes I read the entire post and understood the context. It's funny that even your cellar dweller teams get in on the act. When one of you wins, you all win. Like the Borg.

I expect Texas to win the BDF next year. That isn't a testament to them or anything, because LSU is going to beat the crap out of them before they start league play

It's simply a testament to how weak the league will be, including the Sooners

His offenses at ECU hold school records and are the reason Stoops let go of Huepal to get him. He revived OUs offenses after Baylor had steam rolled OU two years in a row.

He's Kevin Sumlin 2.0.

I'll never forget the incessant chatter if him going to the Eagles or USC, and how he showed the SEC that the air raid is viable.

Isn’t that every offensive coach ever?

Are we really going to act like Alabama has had some kind of marvelous brilliance on offense prior to Tua?

Bama has been above average on offense for a while now. 2 heisman winners, a 2nd, and a 3rd place finish in the saban era

Not including Tua
