Can you spot the High School Stadium?
Weird flex since y’all just closed in an end zone, but alright.

Did you blow the pictures up to count the seats?

It must be rough having Mizzou on the brain 24/7. Hopefully Texas will take over your fascinations after they join.
I hope we get OU on a yearly basis instead of Arkansas. They might actually prove to be a challenge.

The AD put an emphasis on premium seating during the East and South side renovations, which ultimately lowered the capacity. The original plan was to be at 65k. Plans changed to where we are now. Demand lowered significantly after 2015 and they adjusted. The stadium does have the infrastructure to expand at a later date if the demand goes up, which hopefully it does in the near future with Drink.

You missed the logo on the college scoreboard

Legacy in Katy and Berry in Cypress are both pretty legit too.

Nah. Texas high school ball is basically just contact track. Texans' longstanding, inherent propensity to run away from conflict negatively affects their high school product as all the kids are afraid to play defense.

Yeah that is some BS.
Coaching in Texas is too good. Too many prospects reach their potential early so in college, there isn't the same amount of growth as others.

The acoustics in this place are better at holding sound than that stadium in Austin.

Also Mizzou fans, why was the capacity 71k and is now 10k smaller?
It has continually shrunk since the 1990s. Our record crowd is 75k+.
Reductions:
1) bottom rows of seating at field level were removed due to poor visibility. Lost a few thousand.
2) North endzone renovation brought the hill/Rock M in closer to the field. This reduced the SRO capacity on the hill. Lost a couple thousand.
3) East side renovation that added the upper deck and luxury suites on the east grand stands. Despite these additions, the top few rows of the existing east stands were removed and the new suites and upper deck didn't add enough. Slight capacity reduction if I remember right.
4) South Endzone Renovation. Just a lot more seating in the old south endzone seats. This reduced the capacity to the current level.
The 62k doesn't include the SRO on the hill. If we are allowed to sellout the stadium again and we are good again, I believe we'll see the capacity crowd will be around 68-69k.

Was bored at work, so this wasn't my best attempt. I'll do better next time.

Well one has SEC logos and the other doesn’t. I’m going with the SEC one as a college stadium.

Isn’t mizzou 6-1 against Arkansas?

The program shrank when Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas stopped showing up.
