I don't know if it's been mentioned but that 2005 16-13 LSU game in OT sucked. It was when I was in Tuscaloosa and we were finally "back". Tough loss

Stafford OT TD won it. Sucked because it ended so suddenly on their first OT play after we'd taken the lead.

I’ve been to probably all of Georgia’s biggest games since about 1990 or so. I’ve seen some great wins and soul crushing losses. 2nd and 26 hurt but you could tell Kirby was building something and we would be back. The most painful loss is the 2012 SEC Championship game against Alabama. We’d blocked a kick that we returned for a touchdown but you could tell the defense was gassed in the 4th and we couldn’t anything to stop Bama’s offense. And then for Murray’s pass to get tipped and caught as time expired just made it feel like we would forever be the bridesmaid and never the bride. We would have skullfricked ND had we won that game.

Some little dude drug our DB all the way from the hash to the sideline.
We were offside on the kick so even if he had missed, he would have had another shot.
In general, it was a well played game.

Mizzou - Colorado 5th Down Game. At the time I was more mad than sad. Many people might not classify this as a "best" game as there were several blown plays and missed opportunities (a lot of slips due to crummy field conditions with the OmniTurf being a disaster- but both teams played on the same field). It involved one of the top teams (CU was ranked 12th and went on to be eventual co-national champs). Mizzou's goal line stand at the end of the game was remarkable, Charles Johnson didn't even cross the line on 5th down. I guess the sad part is this was turning point game for Mizzou who was trying to rebuild, sadly it turned us right back on to the misearble path we had been on since the early 80s.

Best game at a loss, LSU 2006, big underdogs went in and took them to overtime thanks to our blocking their extra point at the end of regulation.

2004 Texass at Arkansas. Believe it ended up 22-20 after Matt Jones fumbled(shocker) on a big run.

Even though you didn't include a year I think fans of both schools already know you meant 2013 lol. What a game. Barely a lick of defense. Offensive talent all over the field.

Any LSU fan that traveled to Athens in 2013 should list that one. It was a back and forth air show between Mett and Murray. NFL players all over the field on offense and defense. Came down to the very end.

The game where Marco tossed the shoe...and yes, I still find it fricking hilarious. Did not harm anyone, was not some annoying taunt to mock someone..was just being goofy for no fricking reason. Sure it was not smart, but it was very funny. Also it was a great game.
