Ok... minus the permanent.. you have played GA and SC 2 times. Bama in the last 4 seasons has played rotating top teams Fla 2 times and SC twice. So Bama has had twice as many rotating on than Lsu has had rotate on. Going by your numbers.

Eh, this is too hard to do on my phone, I'll post it late tonight when I get home.

This is about rotation.
Correct.
So let's only look at UGA and USC since neither is a permanent for LSU or Bama. 2007-2011 LSU and Bama both played UGA and USC twice each - perfectly even. Then we get bridge schedules in 2012 and 2013, and LSU plays USC one year and UGA the other. Bama gets neither one of them. What happened to an even rotation?

Miles even remarked about Auburn's schedule, saying Au has played FL and GA the most, with LSU second and wondering how it is that a certain school in the West hasn't played either of those teams very often for years.

I for one know its a tougher schedule but I would rather goto or watch lsu vs fl, Georgia, etc than pay for season tickets to watch them play inferior sec teams. There are a few cupcakes on the schedule already. I think the bottom line is the schedules will eventually even out so it doesn't matter. Bama and Georgia have the good schedules for now and benefit from Tennessee being down. Its hard to get up for 4-5 big games vs 2 no doubt.

you mean the rotation that occurs over 10-12 years? not two

Oh, how that drives the point home.

Did anyone ever list which schools were going to be the best over the next 10 yrs so that we could make the schedules even?
Sorry for the oversight. Here you go:
In the East:
Florida will be better than anyone else.
Georgia and South Carolina will be better than the rest, with Tennessee possibly joining them.
Tennessee, if not about even with UGa and USC, will be better than Vanderbilt, Kentucky and Missouri.
Vanderbilt, Kentucky and Missouri will be the bottom three, in some order.
In the West:
LSU and Alabama, and maybe Texas A&M, will be the top three, or two.
Auburn and Arkansas, and maybe Texas A&M will be the next two, or three.
The 'Sippi Sisters will be the bottom two, in some order.
You can go ahead and make that the list for the next 30 years if you want, too.

What do you thing the problem is with "equality" for cross-division scheduling? Can you even articulate it?
I don't think there is a problem with cross-divisional scheduling.

So, all cross-division scheduling is equal?

Wow. That would have sucked if everybody was making that schedule in 1989, when Florida had a long history of mediocre suckass.
What happens when Spurrier retires from USCe. Do you think they will be the same?
Will Tennessee ever get back to the top? If they do, are they still considered an "easier" opponent?
What is the measuring stick? What if somebody disputes the measuring stick? What if somebody disputes the scheduling maker's conclusions on their "ranking" or another teams?
You are opening up a SHITSTORM can of worms, anthrax, Pandora's box, and Brittany Griner's fly when you make these "evaluations" and use them as a basis for "fair" scheduling.

The only thing I want to know is how in the hell did y'all make this thread 29 pages?

I think it's cause we have big hearts and are trying to teach the retarded LSU fans how a rotating schedule works, bless their hearts they just can't grasp it.

True, the road/out-of-state team does seem to win a lot more often since the bear died.
That's true, since Bear's last season LSU is 11-4 in Tuscaloosa. During that same span Bama is 11-4-1 in Baton Rouge.

Miles is 100% correct. Everybody knows it.

Everyone knows bama is scared to play a real SEC schedule. No use trying to convince otherwise.
