This Ole Miss offensive line is experienced and will be a challenge for the defensive front of lsu. Both good we will see who controls line of scrimmage

Chambliss is a better and more proven quarterback. LSU has a much better defense than Louisville. It should be a great matchup Saturday.

We can sell out to stop the run. Then the QB has to make plays. When has Leavitt ever done that in his career?

Kiffin's Rebs only scored 41 points vs a power 4 team one time last year and that was against 2-10 Arkansas. Golding's Rebs scored 41 against a top 25 team already.

When you hold teams to negative to no yards most of the game, it doesn’t matter who you play, that is some next level dominance.

LSU's defense did significantly better than OM did vs Charolette. Charolette lost to The Citadel and the Citadell scored 43 on Charolette vs OM getting 41.
I guess we'll just have to wait till Sat to see how it goes.

Yeah, when two of our starting defensive backs went out early against Louisville that secondary turned to be atrocious. I don’t know how good those two make our defense, but even best case scenario it shows that we have no serviceable depth at all in the secondary.

Louisville's QB threw for 300+ and ran for another 70. I think Leavitt will be okay. I have no concerns about LSU's ability to move the ball. They have to clean up the turnovers though.

That's not really relevant.
What would be relevant is a comparison of Louisville to LSU on offense and then again on defense. That would give us a meaningful discussion point.
If what you say about LSU's opposition is true, there's nothing really that helps us evaluate this game.

That matchup comp basically comes down to how good Ole Miss’s new staff is. Lane is the system and Charlie is a great playcaller. OM looked solid hanging 41 on Louisville IMO, but the jury is still out on how good their new staff is.

I tried warning LSU fans to pause on Leavitt. He's just not a very accurate QB. Dillingham runs as QB friendly an offense as you'll find and Leavitt barely completed 60% of his passes at ASU despite having NFL talent around him and playing in a weak conference.
He's a very good runner though and LSU is going to win games on the ground. They couldn't establish the run against LT in the first half for whatever reason. I didn't watch it, but saw Jones had like 3 yards on 8 carries near the end of the 2nd quarter. It's no surprise that Leavitt had 3 picks when he had no support. 1st year QBs under Kiffin tend to throw a lot of picks. Corral and Dart both threw in the double digits and Austin Simmons was well on his way with 4 picks in 2 starts prior to his injury. Chambliss is the exception.
The good news for LSU is that based on what I've seen from the Ole Miss secondary, they'll have plenty of open WRs if Leavitt can get the ball to them.
