Wasn't about desire...UT & Miami both had more physical, dominating offensive and defensive lines. When you cannot run the ball or stop the run you typically lose.

They beat the crap out of us in our own stadium this year. I will always be grateful that their stupid antics in our stadium was one of the reasons Brian Kelly was fired. The refs did screw them, that should have been a targeting call the play before the interception. Oh well Aggies will Aggie.

It's funny because it's true. Like a a fly to shite, fAggies are obsessed and can't help themselves. Also, besides swaying around a campfire and singing fAggie songs*, what else do any of you have to do on NYE?

Hiring a guy to be the OC with 23 years of coaching experience where no one wanted him to call plays or coordinate anything is a big fail.
Klein helped Reed develop his passing game more this season, but Reed needs another huge step in development to become more consistent and more accurate. Reed still struggles a lot when the defense can contain the running game with base defense or without having to over commit to stopping the run.
Unless they hire someone good as something like an associate HC/QB who is actually in charge of the offense and calling plays next season Reed will more like he was at the end of this season for the entire year.
They also have to bring in true competition for Reed in the portal (if not just an outright replacement). If you have to baby your starting QB by just having freshmen and a guy like Zeno be the backups to not offer any true competition he shouldn’t be your starting QB.
