This is the one thing I think I would dislike about winning as much as Bama does. After a fall, the rise is fricking glorious.
2019 was like a dream.
Been a fan for a long time, and these days are the best.
For you 2019 is like a dream, for me, 2008-present has been like a dream. 2000-2007 was a nightmare if you need a fall before the rise.

At least we don't steal from sick children to pay ours like some filth does.
And like others have said, we don't rush the field. Because we expect to win and have been there before. That's for the poors to do.

I remember ole miss fans rushed the field in 2012 after beating an 8-5 MSST team

I was there for the last 2 (2013 & 2017) at Auburn. If your team had a win like the Kick Six (2013) and you didn't rush the field, I'm not sure I'd waste my time going to the games anymore. That situation was 100% rushable.
Now the last time (2017), not so much. But it was still super fun.

November 23, 1957.
Alabama defeated Southern Miss (then called Mississippi Southern) by a final of 29-2 on Senior Day in Tuscaloosa. That brought our record to 2-6-1 on the season. The students were so elated by the victory that they rushed the field and "Ears" Whitworth (our head coach at the time) was triumphantly carried off the field by the players.

I read the thread as when was the last time YOU rushed the field. I never have, but I did rush the court when we beat #1 Kentucky.

1978 season, Alabama fans rushed the field after the victory over Penn State, but of course it was for the NC..

Last time we rushed the field was right after the other team gave their coach a Gatorade bath

Auburn has an answer for those that wish to rush our home field ....Georgia ...
Water Cannons.
If we only hadn't turned those cannons on fans in the stands watching the charge ......LOL.

I don’t remember the last time State rushed the field but the only game that I was actually in attendance when that happened was the State-Bama game in 1996 at Starkvegas. State won 17-16 and Coach Stallings and the Bama AD got into an argument after the game. That was when he decided he had enough of the Bama BS and stepped down at the end of the season.
It was costly for Bama because they went through about 6 coaches over the next ten years before finally landing Saban in 2007.
Back to the game , our kids were little at the time and that was the actual first game they had ever attended. They had a ball but we had hard time getting them to understand that you don’t tear down the goal posts after every win. The students had the field covered. Campus was rocking that night. I don’t we actually left campus until about 1A. Traffic was backed up everywhere so we just tailgated and parried for several more hours. A very fun night.
