That was a 2007 LSU win in Tuscaloosa in Saban's 1st year there.

Since then, every year Bama has been favored. LSU has only won 4 of those:

2010
2011
2019 (GOAT)
2022

Last time LSU lost to Bama when favored was 2002. I think that was when Dennis Franchione ripped Saban a new one at midfield.

Tee it up.

Tua gave that game away.

If Burrow doesn't turn the ball over on opening drive of 2nd half, it's a blowout.

Tua had the unforced fumble in LSU territory.

And then before the half when it's 1st down from our own 26 decides to make a stupid decision and give LSU another 7 points after throwing an INT.

Defensively Shane Lee could not cover the wheel route and it was there for LSU all game.

Some people claim Tua was injured, but injuries don't cause bad decisions. He was trying to win the heisman and be the hero. I think it fitting that Burrow took what was given to him all game and ended up winning the game and the Heisman.

That's football.

I don’t think it was a claim he was definitely injured, a claim would be how much impact it had. He was definitely injured though

Tua just had surgery on his ankle during the bye week in 2019 after injuring it during the UT game. I am sure he was on so much sauce he probably doesn’t remember the first half.

That's sort of a pathetic stat.

Well, yes. How'd UGA do vs Saban's Bama?

This is probably the craziest year since '07.
Yes I know it is due to NIL/Portal, and 50% roster turnover every year now.

Bama's uncalled block in the back on the punt return td is the only reason Bama didn't get the doors blown off in 2019

LSU fan still found a way to blame the refs.

Was that the play where the LSU player slung the returner out into the open field by his facemask?

I believe it was also 26 seconds left in the half, or something real close like that. It should be either a really easy play or nothing. Take the sack or whatever, it doesn't matter. The only thing you can't do is...throw a pick or fumble the ball.

And then Landon was like hold my beer after the INT.

Just super sloppy and really bad decision making by the team.

All the fans blamed Golding because Shane Lee couldn't cover a wheel route.
