No one is impressed by that game except your own fan bases.
ROFL! Your neutral site game with Ark at Jerry World was a direct attempt to mimic it (which failed). You fricknuts know you're jealous!

You're comparing a game where half the fans are from your school to an SEC road game.
That's dumb.
That's dumb.

I heard Bama's stadium is more of a wine and cheese type stadium so I'm not worried about the noise.
I will walk across traffic to insult Bama, but that might be the most inaccurate description I have ever heard of BDS.

I didn’t include aTm because they’ve played there before…

That Arkansas game counts as much as the beat down we put on Georgia in the sugar bowl. Besides, the loss was on our horrible OL, luckily with the greatest OL recruiting haul in Texas history we kinda fixed that.
But as the night wore on, it became clear that Arkansas, not ranked Texas, was the better team.
Arkansas quarterback KJ Jefferson started picking the defense apart with his arm and his legs. Running back Trelon Smith gobbled up chunks of yards. In the second half, AJ Green, Raheim Sanders and Dominique Johnson got in on the action. The running backs kept coming, and the Arkansas offensive line kept pushing.
Early in the fourth quarter, with the Razorbacks leading by 19, offensive coordinator Kendal Briles had his unit grind the Longhorns to the nub. On an eight-play scoring drive, he ran the ball every single time. After several runs on that drive, Texas defensive linemen Byron Murphy and Vernon Broughton looked toward the sideline for the defensive call with their hands on their hips. Arkansas’ front was, in Sarkisian’s words, wearing them out, and it showed.
Yeah, that offensive line was the problem, eh?

Nothing wrong with our defense besides being too young, the guys you mentioned are now our leaders were only true freshman. The defense is loaded this year including a 100% healthy Jalen Catalon.

Largest road crowds
Been to BDS for Iron Bowl and LSU. It’s loud and somewhat rowdy (nothing like Tiger Stadium). These are the environments that make CFB fun.
Hoping we learn from it, because if I’m being honest, DKR is more of a pro atmosphere. Not a lot of great tailgating available, and blocks of tickets are bought up by corporations.

I guess if I live long enough (I am 72) I will hear just about everything. But seeing someone call BDS crowd wine-and-cheese is really funny and pretty ignorant.

DKR stadium and BDS have practically identical seating capacities. It will be interesting how the Texas offense handles the crowd noise seeing as how this is by far the largest road crowd anyone on this team has ever played in front of.
I know Bama fans don’t like to hear this, but even now that BDS is over 100K capacity, it still isn’t that loud. It’s not that the crowd isn’t good, it’s the design of the stadium dating back to when it was first built. It simply doesn’t hold on the crowd noise like other SEC stadiums like Jordan-Hare in Auburn and LSU’s Tiger Stadium. Both of those stadiums get so loud you can’t even hear yourself scream. Again, it isn’t that Auburn fan and LSU fans are more passionate, it’s how those stadiums are designed.

No kidding. I keep reading that we’re in for a rude awakening and how these SEC stadiums just don’t compare to the Big 12. Well, that’s why most of us are excited about this move. I’m looking forward to playing in environments like this. I hope we become better because of it.

I don't think most Bama fans disagree at all with that. LSU, Auburn, Florida, Tennessee, A&M, and South Carolina have stadiums that are set up way better structurally for creating a louder more intense atmosphere than BDS.
Legion Field where Alabama used to play all of its big home games up until my college years held 83,000 and was a much much louder home field advantage for Alabama than BDS is because of its design.
BDS has its moments though. The 2005 Florida game, the 2010 Iron Bowl before Auburn stormed back, and the 2003 Oklahoma game, and the end of the 2009 Tennessee game were some standout moments.
